About the workshop

Connect with Joy - A Summer Yin Workshop In Chinese Medicine, Summer is the realm of the Heart Qi and the Fire Element. The heart calls us to be gentle with it. to meditate, to pray, to connect with others and to the natural joy that we have within us. Our time together will include Qi Gong outside, breathwork, Yin Yoga for the Fire / Heart Meridians and a Sound Bath.

Cancellation Policy

CLASSES: To cancel or re-schedule a class please contact us at least 8 hours ahead of the class. WORKSHOPS/RETREATS - To cancel or re-schedule a workshop or retreat please contact us at least 2 weeks ahead of the event.
