Engage your senses as we enjoy carefully crafted tinctures made from the very plants beneath your feet. Our guide will weave tales of ancient herbal remedies, offering insights into the age-old wisdom passed down through generations. Give yourself the gift of health, magic, and love with a tincture that embodies your unique intentions and the expertise of our trained herbalist. Join us and create little drops of joy to take wherever you go. Natasha’s Bio Our founder, Natasha Richardson has a BSc (Hons) in herbal medicine and a master’s in the history of women’s medicine from The University of Oxford. Having struggled with her menstrual health, followed by an unsuccessful search for proper treatment, Natasha applied her scientific knowledge to create her herbal remedies. Today, Forage Botanicals offers natural products expertly made by her, personalised 1:1 treatment plans, and online courses for empowering menstrual education, menopause, and more. She ran a successful clinic for over 10 years helping with menstrual complaints from menarche to menopause before writing her book ‘Your Period Handbook’. Now she has a team that takes patients while she focuses on product development and community relationships.
