About the workshop

Join Amrita and Devesh at the Yoga Garden this May for a fun and insightful day retreat in the beautiful location of The Yoga Garden yurts at Knepp Rewilding project in West Sussex. We will gather together to share ourselves from the heart, dance, meditate, deepen our connections and explore different relating structures developed by the Humaniversity, a leading therapeutic community in the Netherlands.  What’s included in the day:  Opening and Closing Sharing Circles A Body Opening session ( Yoga and Divine Healing) Picnic Lunch  Dancing  Journaling  Nature walk  Social Meditation - The Friendship Meditation  Friendship Meetings  Both Amrita and Devesh have been training as therapists at the Humaniversity Campus in the Netherlands for many years  and are soon to complete the Advanced Therapist training in Humaniversity Therapy, specialising in the areas of relating, meditation and communal living. They have a wealth of experience to share with you. They are really looking forward to meeting you at The Yoga Garden and sharing this unique way of working with people.
