Mid Winter Solstice Restorative with Ali

About the workshop

Join Ali for an extended restorative session in the yurt. Starting at twilight after the longest night, using winter oils, Ali will assist you into long held restorative postures, using blankets & props to enable the body to relax fully, and with it, the mind and spirit at this busy time of year.
