Gentle Heart Centred Yoga Workshop Time to rest and release tension on all levels. As part of her Deep Rest Series, Donna returns to the Yoga Garden to deliver her next transformative Yoga Workshop Rest and Release - Releasing tension from body and mind. Recovering your sense of balance and inner peace. In this nurturing space, explore the power of rest as a tool for renewal and healing. Through gentle yoga, mindful breathwork, and guided meditation, you'll learn how to release the physical and emotional tension you carry, creating space for clarity and calm. This workshop is an invitation to pause, reflect, and reconnect with your inner strength. Whether you’re navigating life’s demands or simply in need of restoration, this experience will leave you feeling deeply rejuvenated, empowered, and ready to embrace the winter ahead with a renewed sense of ease. Wherever you are - in good health, recovering from illness or injury, stress or anxiety, this is your invitation to begin your journey towards wellness. Calming the nervous system and integrating mind, body and spirit for a truly holistic experience. Restful and restorative. All welcome. No experience necessary. Refill your cup and be utterly nourished. Practices include yoga asana (postures), pranayama (breathwork), meditation and nidra (yogic sleep) with Reiki infused savasana (hands on healing). Suitable for beginners, returners and regular practitioners. Ideal for those who care for others - nurses, teachers, parents etc. Leave refreshed and rested. Come home to yourself.
