About the workshop

Are you ready to shine your beautiful light onto your shadow self? Are you ready to release what does not serve you any more? This heart lead, transformative workshop will enable us to connect to ourselves and to one another in a very beautiful and profound way. We will be guided through some simple, yet powerful exercise to create transformation. We do this by creating an intention first as a group, then we move into finding our shadow self within that feels ready for acknowledgement, shifting or releasing in a safe and nurturing environment. We honour our shadows as messengers of something deeper within ourselves that needs being seen, acknowledged and brought light and love to. When we do this, we will experience realisations, shifts occur and we come to a place of being released, grounded and feeling loved . This unique method combines breath-work, mindfulness, Ho'oponopono, body work among other methods. We will be sharing some nourishing and heart-warming soup by Forager & Fermenter Kat. We will be finishing our day retreat with some medicinal raw hot chocolate. There will be some unique flavoured kombucha to enjoy as well.
