25 British pounds
Yoga Garden Yurt

About the event

Just as Knepp's landscape has flourished through rewilding—by restoring natural relationships, diversity and balance—our own bodies also thrive when we reconnect with the living systems within us. This immersive workshop invites you on a gentle sensory journey through the body, exploring the medicinal herbs that have traditionally supported each of its key systems. Travelling from root to crown, we'll discover the plants associated with digestion, the liver, heart, lungs, nervous system and beyond, using taste, scent and touch to experience their unique qualities. Through herbal teas, aromatic plants and gentle somatic practices, you'll be invited to slow down, listen and reconnect with your own inner landscape. Together we'll explore the fascinating parallels between the ecosystems that exist within our bodies and those that flourish in the natural world around us, discovering how both depend upon diversity, balance and connection to thrive. Whether you're new to herbal medicine or already have a love of plants, this workshop offers a nourishing introduction to herbal wisdom, leaving you with practical knowledge, a deeper awareness of your body and a renewed appreciation for the remarkable intelligence of nature. About Helen Jewell www.helenjewell.com Helen is a qualified herbalist and naturopath with a passion for helping people reconnect with the healing intelligence of nature. Her work combines traditional herbal medicine with modern naturopathic principles, creating gentle, practical approaches that support wellbeing through nourishment, nervous system regulation and a deeper understanding of the body's own capacity to heal. Growing up immersed in the natural world, Helen has always believed that our health is intrinsically linked to our relationship with the environment around us. Through consultations, workshops and immersive experiences, she encourages people to slow down, awaken their senses and rediscover the remarkable wisdom held within both plants and ourselves.
