Evening Celebration of Winter Solstice Celebrating the passing of Winter Solstice at the Yoga Garden with a gentle soothing yoga practice and guided meditation with Rebecca followed by a Cacao ceremony and Soundbath with Lois of Elements of Yoga. Then gathering for a ceremonial fire, letting go of the old and the dark, and celebrating the return of the light and new intentions. Lets go deep! Journeying into our roots, feeling a deep connection to this this planet, the sun and our natural environment. Discovering our elemental selves in this magical space. Contemplating and recognising this most celestial and ceremonial of nights. The longest night before we turn again to the light.
