Yin Yoga Retreat and Certified Training

About the workshop
The 4 days are equivalent to a Yin CPD certified Teaching Training. Each day will start at 9.30 or 10 am and finish at 5 or 5.30pm. Exact times will be decided nearer the date. Early Bird Booking Price £495 before 1st December 2024. Full course fees £545.00. £100 booking deposit to secure your place. You don't have to be a yoga teacher to attend this course. You are welcome to join the series of day retreats simply to learn more about this quiet and gentle practice. Afterwards you will receive a certificate of attendance, if within 2 years after the course you do take a 200 hour YTT then we can swap the certificate for a Yin Yoga Teaching certificate. The following topics will be covered: Anatomy related to Yin Yoga An introduction to Traditional Chinese Medicine; the 12 main Yin & Yang meridians through the body, and how this relates to Yin Yoga 25 main Yin Poses plus different options for Savasana Meditation, mindfulness & breathwork How to theme, plan and teach a Yin Yoga class Learn 8 Yin flows, including classes based around meridians For full details see our website https://www.the-yoga-garden.co.uk/yin-yoga-teacher-training.
