The Empower Programme was designed from my feeling disempowered within this industry, guilty for wanting more out of my chosen career and feeling a lack of direction on how to scale my business whilst honouring a lifestyle that felt right for my body and soul. Here we honour our cycle, and seek to grow sustainable, pandemic and recession proof spiritual businesses together!
The Empower Programme is a LIVE taught mentorship course with weekly live mentorship calls and an additional self-paced portal housing seven empowering modules plus expansive bonus content from guest industry experts.
ABOUT US
Mentees have the option to enrol for a minimum of 3 months with most choosing the 6-month option for a deeper investment and commitment.
With any enrolment, all mentees will be gifted full premium access to the Empower Yoga Method subscription with monthly live yoga workshops with Catherine and her digital online studio offering vinyasa, yin, restorative, pranayama and meditation courses.
