Join Mel Campbell author of Yoga of Pregnancy on this one day course for yoga teachers.


Develop a deeper understanding of the 3 stages of pregnancy and learn how to safely accommodate and welcome pregnant clients into your classes. This is not a full training in prenatal yoga, but will give you an overview on which (and how) practices need to be avoided or adapted at different times during pregnancy.  Suitable for yoga teachers, student teachers or experienced yogi's planning a family.  Please bring a little vegetarian food to share at lunch.

Mel believes ‘Giving birth is a spiritual experience if we can learn to listen to our instincts, trust, have faith and surrender to the occasion. The practice of yoga and meditation during our pregnancy can help us to do this.’

9.45 – 11.00am – Trimester 1 – Honouring Change
11.00 – 11.30am – Break
11.30 – 1.00pm – 2nd Trimester Practice
1.00 – 2.00pm – Lunch
2.00 – 4.00pm – Trimester 3 – All that I do I do with you
4.00 – 4.30pm – Break
4.30 – 6.00pm – Post birth - replenishment
