About the workshop

Come together for a heartfelt practice by the warmth of the fire and help raise funds to support a family in Gaza who have lost their home and parents. This class is open to all members of the family 12 and over and will include hatha yoga, breath work and a lovely long relaxation. Suitable for all levels including complete beginners. Please reserve your place on line and bring cash donation on the day ( no payment taken on booking). Option to stay for light refreshments after the class.
