A dynamic Vinyasa Flow suitable for all levels. Beginners are guided through foundational poses, while more experienced students are offered options to explore deeper and more challenging postures. Move at your own pace and enjoy a supportive, inclusive environment. The class concludes with an extended savasana to fully rest and restore.
