About the workshop

This class uses gentle nature inspired qigong practices and breathwork to release tension, ground and soothe the nervous system so qi (energy) can flow freely and harmoniously. In this way, a sense of peace, vitality and wellbeing can arise as you align with the natural world and sense into the silent presence of your true nature. These classes are accessible for all levels of ability and will particularly support anyone experiencing fatigue, anxiety, stress and/or living with a chronic health condition.
