About the workshop
As part of the Deep Rest Series, Donna returns to the Yoga Garden to deliver Rest & Rewild - honouring the rhythm of exiting Winter, a gentle awakening. Deep Rest for Wild, Fiery Hearts Practices include yoga asana (postures), pranayama (breathwork), meditation and nidra (yogic sleep) with Reiki infused savasana. Rest & Rewild is an invitation to soften without shrinking, to rest without dulling your spark. This workshop explores how we can lean into Fire Horse energy - instinctual, expressive, alive - while staying deeply resourced, regulated and at ease. Through slow, nourishing movement, restorative yoga, breathwork, and sensory-led practices, we’ll reconnect with the parts of you that crave freedom, creativity, and momentum - without pushing, performing, or burning out. This is not rest as collapse, but rest as re-wilding: a return to your natural rhythm, where vitality and relaxation coexist. Designed especially for midlife, neurodivergent, and sensitive nervous systems, Rest & Rewild offers a spacious, grounded container to release holding, discharge excess tension and awaken a quiet inner fire that doesn’t overwhelm - instead, it warms, steadies and sustains. Come as you are. Leave feeling rested, alive, and more at home in yourself, with a little more fire in your belly and an ignited heart. Suitable for absolute beginners, returners and regular practitioners. Ideal for those who care for others - nurses, carers, parents etc.
