About the workshop

Emerge gently from the stillness of winter and set intentions for the year ahead by leaning into the energetic opportunity that spring has to offer. Our time together will be a balance energising and grounding. This Self Care Afternoon combines gentle yoga and energising breath work - suitable for beginners - tea & a yummy homemade snack followed by journaling, intention setting and Yoga Nidra to integrate your intention.
