About the workshop

Share the magic of Winter Solstice with Nina and Chessy We will be using the medicine of the Pau D'arco and Cacao plants to rest in stillness, to hug our shadows, to be grateful for all our blessings and lessons, to release anything no longer serving us and to welcome the returning of the light with open hearts and minds. The afternoon begins with herbal tea and a soothing, mediative, aroma yoga session to relax and restore body, mind and soul. Nina will take you on a healing journey of restorative yoga breath work, and meditation, whilst Chessy assists with Thai massage, allowing you to surrender even deeper into this truly nurturing experience. The focus of this session will be on learning how to assist the body's natural pathways of healing with the support of therapeutic grade essential oils and natural plant medicine to aide transformation. We will gather around the fire with some warming cacao and. a ceremony to invite in all that we dream of in 2025. There will be chance for journaling and reflection before ending with a blissfully relaxing sound /drum journey with restorative yoga, some more massage and a dose of deep rest to prepare us for the festive season ahead. Suitable for everyone, particularly those seeking stress- relief or keen to learn more about aromatherapy. This session includes herbal tea, cacao and an aromatherapy gift to take home. Optionally you might like come a little earlier or stay on afterwards and book the 1pm or 6pm Sauna with Kindred Sauna. (www.kindredsauna.com), subject to availability.
