About the workshop

Join Chessy on this journey of exploration through the ancient, healing practices of Ayurveda. Often described as "the science of life", Ayurveda offers the most comprehensive health and wellness guide to achieving a balanced and vibrant body, mind and spirit. According to this ancient philosophy, there are 3 qualities or energies : Vata, Pitta and Kapha which are all around and within us; in our bodies and minds, in nature, in the seasons, in the foods we eat etc. The day will start with a questionnaire to help you identify which is your predominant “Dosha”. Once established, Chessy will introduce you to easy to implement lifestyle tweaks to enhance your diet, exercise and wellbeing management according to each Dosha type. This special day includes 3 yoga sessions, each of which is beneficial to a Dosha type, meditation, massage, supplement ideas and dietary recommendations. The yoga will be accessible to all, even if you are relatively new to yoga. Lunch is included and will be a warming tri-doshic feast to soothe and nourish body and mind.
