Summer Solstice Sauna, Yoga and Cacao

About the workshop

Join Nina and Chessy in harnessing the power and magic of the Summer Solstice, the longest day of the year, to manifest your hearts desires. This special day is the perfect time to be in community, to tune in to your innate wisdom and power, and to action whatever you long for. We start the gathering with an invigorating but gentle yoga practice, followed by a truly magical afternoon of wood fired sauna, wild swimming and aroma oil blending. We will then glide into the evening by sharing some sacred cacao to open the heart (a pre-requisite for powerful intention setting!) and then enjoy rest time to release any residual blocks holding you back with massage, sound and the guidance of the oracle cards. 3-8pm - Early Bird Price £85 until 10th May, £95 thereafter.
