About the workshop
A year long training series in five parts to delve deeper into the sophisticated model of the Five Elements (wu xing) and the ways that this perspective can be understood in everyday life to bring health and balance. This certified course is taught by Acupuncturist Anne- Marie Fouche and Senior Yin Yoga Teacher Louise Windsor. It is possible to book individual days if you cannot make the full training. It will take place between 10 am and 5pm on the following dates: 15th March 2025 - Wood 14th June 2025 - Fire 13th September 2025 - Earth 22nd November 2025 - Metal 17th January 2026 - Water This is a non residential course.
