The Spirit of the Elements :Course

About the workshop

A year long training series in five parts to delve deeper into the sophisticated model of the Five Elements (wu xing) and the ways that this perspective can be understood in everyday life to bring health and balance. This certified course is taught by Acupuncturist Anne- Marie Fouche and Senior Yin Yoga Teacher Louise Windsor. It is possible to book individual days if you cannot make the full training. It is also possible to attend this course for your own personal development. You don't have to be a qualified yoga teacher. It will take place between 10 am and 5pm on the following dates: 13th September 2025 - Earth 22nd November 2025 - Metal 17th January 2026 - Water 25th April 2026 - Wood 27th June 2026 - Fire This is a non residential course. It is possible to attend the full 5 day CPD programme or individual days. Venue: The Yoga Garden - (non-residential) Prices: As a CPD course - £150 per day. This includes an assignment per course, a handout for teachers, Anne-Marie & Louise on hand throughout the year for any questions and certification. As a day retreat (for non teachers) the price is £135. A light lunch and snacks are included.
