Mindfulness has never been more important than now. This powerful practice can help people deal with stress, anxiety and depression. And it's not just for adults, it can help children to focus and concentrate better, become more self-aware, empathetic and better able to control their emotions. With this in mind, we've been fundraising to provide training in mindfulness for school teachers. We're offering two free workshops (4 & 17 March), so they can to take mindfulness back to the classroom, as well as a free five class yoga pass for teachers that take part, to enable them to experience the benefits for themselves - for further information please click in our menu to our workshops.
The "Mindfulness in Schools" project sounds like a fantastic initiative! It's wonderful to see such important work being done to promote mindfulness in education. With the right project management system project, it becomes much easier to coordinate tasks, manage resources, and track progress effectively. I'm sure this project will have a positive impact on the schools involved. Looking forward to seeing more updates on this!
