We are very excited to be having our first stand at the Brighton Yoga Festival this year. Free entry and classes and a great line up of teachers including Toni Roberts, senior teacher on The Yoga Garden TT course, teaching Elemental Flow yoga at 1pm on Saturday and Sam Roy teaching a Sangye class at 11 on Sunday. Chessy and Nina will be on the stand too so great opportunity to come and find out more about our Thai Massage Practitioner courses and overseas retreats.
