Meg Thompson, one of our Yoga Garden TT graduates, is currently doing Partner Yoga Training and is delighted to share this with you and get your feedback on this playful, restorative & sacred practice of Yoga. Sharing our yoga practice allows us to access a wide range of experience, from trust and support to laughter and lightness! Through joint-asana, meditation and relaxation practices we can access a sacred peace and stillness, whilst also feeling light and playful. Come with a friend or on your own! If you have any questions or aren't sure if this is for you, please don't hesitate to contact Nina@theyogagarden.co.uk
After the workshop if you'd like to make a donation to our Mindfulness in Schools Project please see Meg. For online donation see https:chuffed.org/project/mindfulness-in-schools-project
We run a series free workshops teaching mindfulness to primary and secondary teachers so that they can take these skills into the classroom. The next date is 6th October - see our workshop page for more information and how to book.

I read the post about the free partner yoga workshop, and it made me smile thinking how gentle movement with a friend can ease stress and help you breathe better after a long week. When I was buried in study blocks last semester, Take My Online Exam Pro do my job placement exam while I took a break to stretch with classmates on the grass. It made me think about how important rest and balance are.
